MONTH OF WEDDING COORDINATION

Created for the couple who requires coordination of their rehearsal and wedding day.  Hand the reigns to a qualified professional so you’re able to be fully present on your wedding day.  You’ll have access to your Coordinator for the 6 weeks leading up to your wedding date.
This package also includes several very helpful additions, such as custom-made Planning Checklists, creation of your Master Timeline, and a Progress Meeting with your Coordinator.
Planning Meeting (phone, email or in person) 6 weeks prior
Discussions and meeting to finalize vendors, room layout, flow of event, set up, breakdown, and responsibilities. (estimated time two hours)

Rehearsal (if necessary)
Orchestrate rehearsal with all parties, finalize vendor and family drop offs and pick up.  (estimated time one hour)
Day of Event
On site for vendors 2 to 3 hours prior to start of event and help guide them to agreed upon timeline and duties.  Orchestrate ceremony (if needed).  Follow timeline for all scheduled activities.

COMPREHENSIVE WEDDING COORDINATION

Created for the couple who requires comprehensive assistance throughout the entire planning process. You’ll have access to your Coordinator the entire time, for budget assistance, calendar guidance, and for those ever-important vendor referrals. Plus, this must-have package can be customized just for you, in order to meet your needs perfectly by allowing you to use your set number of planning hours in any way you’d like. From our Welcome Meeting up until your wedding day, we’ll have been by your side for all the key milestones.
Initial Meeting (phone, email or in person)
At this meeting we will discuss the tone and style of your event.  Once you've decided upon your budget, we can recommend the best vendors in your price range, most effective set up, and give you a feel for what to expect.  (estimated time two to three hours)

Email and Phone Time
Once you've looked at the vendors we've recommended, you may want to ask our opinion on a few things or just let us know how it’s all going – you may have even changed your mind a bit and want to discuss options.  (estimated time two to three hours over the course of planning)
Coordination Meeting (in person if possible)
Let’s finalize all your vendors, the flow of your event including the set up needs, clean up needs, details, wedding party, etc. 
We’ll follow up with a timeline for you and your vendors and distribute it to everyone once you've approved it.  We will speak with your vendors the week of the wedding to ensure all plans are confirmed. (estimated time four hours)

FULL-SERVICE WEDDING COORDINATION

Created for the couple who desires full-service coordination.  We will be there to handle every important detail and you are welcome to join us as little or as much as you’d like. Treat yourself to this sensational package and rest assured that the details will be perfectly managed on your behalf.

We’ll be there by your side and to act as your liaison throughout all phases of the planning process.  Every decision is yours to make and we’ll be there to manage and execute a smooth and seamless planning process and the wedding day of your dreams.  We will work with you to help determine your wedding budget based on your tastes, style, and priorities.

We will research locations based on your style, guest count, and budget. We will arrange and accompany you to possible venues, negotiate pricing, and guide you through the contract process.
We have spent years building relationships with creative talents throughout the Jacksonville area and beyond. We say we are “vendor matchmakers” creating a team of wedding vendors that are the perfect fit for your personality and style.
As a full service planner, we spend as much time as you need discussing your style, budget, taste, likes, dislikes, must haves, etc.  We will assist in coordinating with vendors to receive proposals and guide you in planning meetings.  We will schedule and attend (if possible) the meetings with you to help you decipher the costs and who might fit your personal style best.
Now that your “team” is established, we’ll work with you and them to craft the perfect day.  We’ll handle all the arrangements to ensure that you and your family can enjoy a stress free event.
This will include, but is not limited to:

  • Creating a budget
  • Developing menus and setting up tastings with caterers
  • Meeting with floral and décor companies to develop an integrated look and feel.
  • Interviewing photographers and videographers and making sure they work in harmony
  • Setting up transportation
  • Recommending accommodations and helping to negotiate rates
  • Advising on invitations, save the dates, menu cards, etc.
  • Listening to your ideas and helping to make them a reality.
